The Player
Here are some shots of the Zen V Plus.
The Zen V Plus looks much more simplified than Creative's past players, with only a 5-way joystick, a Play/Pause button, and a Back button.
At the top is the microphone, 2.5mm line-in jack, 3.5mm stereo headphones jack, and USB connector.

The back has the ripple-effect around the word "ZEN", as well as a groove for the lanyard.

When you look back at Creative's past players, the simplified look is a good thing, and is less likely to seem overwhelming to the average consumer. The record button is a nice touch - just press and hold the button for a few seconds, and the player starts recording. This makes the recording function even more useful. The dedicated volume control, which went missing in the Zen Vision:M, is back. This means you can adjust the volume easily instead of having to navigate to the "Now Playing" screen.
